We want you to love your Sunkissedcoconut pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your fashion items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
